Special Diets

Please provide special diets in sealed containers, labeled with your pet's first and last name as well as feeding instructions.

Medications

Medication containers must be labeled with your pet's first and last name. It is helpful if you put each day's dose in separate small bags. Dispensing and administration instructions will be reviewed at check in.

Normal Business Hours

Business hours are Monday-Saturday, 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m., and 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m., with Sunday hours of 8:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Please allow at least 10 minutes for the check-in process when dropping off a pet to board with us

This weekend was Little Guy's first time at Bed and Biscuit. We were very impressed with how clean the facility was and he seems to have had a great time. He is exhausted!! :)

Major Holidays

We are closed for pick up and check in on all major holidays. Rest assured your pet will receive the same exceptional attention on these days as on any other day.

Late Arrival/Departure

We do not accept arrivals or departures outside our regular business hours. Additional fees will apply.

Vaccinations

Vaccinations are required for the well-being of all our guests. Vaccination records are required prior to check in. Required vaccinations include Rabies, Influenza, Distemper (annual) and Bordetella (annual). Pets must be flea-free and we strongly recommend regular flea treatments. Your vet can fax records to us at (989) 772-0468.

Vaccinations must be administered by a veterinarian.

Each of our guests is treated lovingly and with respect in a safe and happy environment with lots of personal attention.

We require current veterinary records of vaccinations for rabies, distemper, influenza and bordetella for the safety and well-being of all of our guests. We accept records faxed by a veterinarian (our fax: (989) 772-0468). All pets must be flea-free, and regular flea treatment is strongly recommended.
